Large steel tanks host the winemaking process of the grapes, previously picked up by a careful manual choice in the vineyard, interpreting each vintage in absolute respect for the variety of what our terroir offers. The Barolo philosophy, pursued through ten, twenty, fifty and seventy-five hectoliter barrels of Austrian Stockinger oak, refine our Langhe Nebbiolo and Barolo DOCG Castelletto and Perno, true protagonists of the territory. Quality and neo-classical style marry tradition in the continuous research for specific and innovative techniques, with the aim of producing fine and territorial wines, perfectly recognizable and well balanced.
