VINIFICAZIONE E AFFINAMENTO

Fermentazione e macerazione di 20 giorni in vasche di acciaio. A seguire avviene la svinatura e conseguente fermentazione malolattica svolta in Tonneaux.
Affinamento in Tonneaux per 14 mesi e successivi 6 mesi tra vasche di acciaio e cemento prima di essere imbottigliato.
