WINEMAKING AND AGING

Fermentation and maceration for 20 days in steel tanks. Subsequently, there is racking and the following malolactic fermentation is carried out in Tonneaux. Maturation in Tonneaux for 14 months and then an additional 6 months in steel and concrete tanks before bottling.
