WINEMAKING AND AGING<\/h6>\n

The grapes come from 75-year-old vines located in gypsum-rich soils.
\nAfter pressing, the must ferments at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks for about 6 months. Before bottling, the wine undergoes a 2-month maturation in the bottle.<\/p>\n
